First, we will calculate the total quantity of materials required for the construction of different item works.

The total number of cement bags for shed work.

Note: The value i.e. mentioned below are taken from all 6 parts of the series.

       = [for PCC + for masonry + for  plastering + for flooring]

       = [7.75 +  1.85 + 2.0952 + 1.789]

       = 13.4842 bags 

The total volume of sand required for the shed work in cu ft.

     = [for PCC + for masonry + for  plastering + for flooring ] 

     = [19.02 + 13.578 + 10.2734 + 8.7963]

     = 51.667 cu ft.

The total volume of aggregates required in the shed work

     = for PCC

     = 38.04 cu ft.

Note: The rate of the material & labor changes according to their availability in different regions.

The construction cost of the shed per sq. ft

         = [total cost of shed ÷ plinth area]

         = [48584.28 ÷ 80 ]

         = INR 607.3 / sq ft.
